Journaling?

I’ll spoil the secrete right now, it’s called Journaling. The best thing you can do for yourself is to journal. It will not only perform better then ChatGPT 5, it can really give you solutions to problems that are unique to your own situation. When you journal you are actually sending prompts to your subconscious mind to do the heavy lifting, and then just sit back and enjoy the amazing ideas that will pop into your mind. 

Subconscious mind

The subconscious mind is the most powerful tool at our disposal and it works 24/7. Every time an amazing idea pops into our minds while showering or while taking a walk, that’s a response from our subconscious mind. It might not give you an answer instantly like ChatGPT will, but the quality of the responses will blow ChatGPT 100 out of the water. With journaling we can train our subconscious to give us responses much faster than usual by sitting down and doing a little bit of introspection. If we are constantly checking our phones, and engaging with people, we never allow the subconscious mind a chance to respond, and journaling, either long or short form is amazing with that. 

How to journal

When it comes to the actual structure of journaling, I don’t follow any rules, I just do a “brain dump” and call it a day. But that brain dump can produce gold given enough time and consistency. So here is an idea, journal for 5 minutes before going to bet, ideally on paper so there is no chance for distractions to take away your attention and block your subconscious mind from responding.
